Tarragon Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped chives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix mayonnaise, garlic, chives and tarragon in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Make sandwiches using whole grain bread, croissants or lettuce wraps.
