Prepare angel hair pasta according to instructions on package.
3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
In a large skillet, melt butter.
Add olive oil and garlic. Saute’ about 1 minute.
Add shrimp, lemon juice, pepper, and oregano and cook until shrimp turns pink. Remove from heat.
Stir in parsley and bread crumbs.
Serve over cooked pasta.
