Ingredients:
2-3 medium-sized fresh tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 jalapeno (stems, ribs, seeds removed – more or less depending on heat preference)
1 clove of garlic, minced.
juice of one lime
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of dried oregano
pinch of ground cumin

Instructions:
Chop tomatoes, jalapeno, and onions into a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Chill for 1 hour.
Serve with chips or use as topping for a main dish.
