National Learning and Development Month encourages us to focus on broadening and advancing our skills. It’s important in both our professional and personal lives to keep learning. Whether we take a management class at night or learn another language, both keep our minds sharp, improves our confidence and has the added benefit of looking good on our resume’s.

HISTORY
In 2016, National Learning and Development Month was submitted by the Academy of Learning and Development for Holiday Inn Club Vacations based out of Orlando, FL. They pride themselves on a commitment to learning and development. They support their company’s mission by providing tools and resources needed to empower their team members to succeed. The Registrar at National Day Calendar declared National Learning and Development Month will be observed annually in October.
