Prep Time: 20 minutes
2 lbs thin sliced Pastrami
6 dill pickles – sliced in half lengthwise
6 slices Swiss or Havarti cheese
Jar of Peppercinis
12 slices Rye sandwich bread
Warm pastrami in skillet until hot.
Divide meat evenly over 6 slices of bread.
Add cheese, pickles, and Peppercinis to taste.
Place the second piece of bread over each sandwich.
If desired you can fry the sandwich in your skillet prior to serving.
