French Toast Sticks

2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons sugar
8 slices bread


In a shallow dish, beat egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar with a whisk. Add milk and orange juice. Quarter each bread sliced into sticks.

Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle to medium-high heat.

Dip each stick into the egg mixture, coating both sides. Cook both sides until golden brown.

Serve with syrup on the side. Dip each stick into syrup and enjoy.
