National Bounce Back Month was founded by Bounce Back Boldly Coach Connie Bennett in 2026. Each year, in early February, people are encouraged to recommit to their New Year's resolutions to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The National Day Calendar Registrar approved this monthly celebration in 2026.

Connie Bennett is a former carbs addict, sought-after transformational speaker, Bounce Back Boldly Coach, TEDx presenter, and author of the bestselling books Sugar Shock!, Beyond Sugar Shock, and I Blew My Diet! Now What? She is a certified health coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition, life coach (iPEC), DreamBuilder Coach (Brave Thinking Institute), EFT practitioner (EFT Universe), frequent podcast interviewee, and journalist. She is now dedicated to helping people discover why they ate badly and what fast, easy, science-based tools can help them Bounce Back Boldly so they can become their best, boldest, brightest selves.

Bennett became intrigued by the concept of bouncing back when she mindlessly shoveled in ultra-processed carbs (carbage or carb garbage) after losing her mother. She quickly packed on 21 pounds, developed many health issues, and felt horribly ashamed. Her curiosity was ignited. For the next seven years, she dove into the research to discover 21 reasons so many of us eat badly and then uncovered FEASTS (Fast, Easy, Awesome, Simple, Tested Strategies) to help her and other people take back their power so they can Bounce Back Boldly.
