Easy Corned Beef Hash

Cook: 25 mins
2 tablespoons butter
1 yellow medium onion chopped
2 cups chopped corned beef
3 cups 1/4 diced potatoes
Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat.
Saute onion in melted butter. About 4 or 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, corned beef, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Stir occasionally so as not to burn potatoes. If desired, fry an egg or two for each serving, serve and enjoy.
