Beer Bread

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 can beer
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking oil.
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
