Name: Zen Garden Tea

Steep: 5 minutes
Total Prep: 15 minutes
2 chamomile tea bags (or 4-6 tablespoons of fresh chamomile flowers)
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
2 cups hot water
honey to taste
Place tea bags and mint leaves in a strainer over a teapot. Pour hot water over the tea bags and leaves. Let the water cover the leaves and tea bag.
Let steep for 5 minutes.
Muddle the mint leaves with the back of a spoon before removing the strainer. Press the spoon against leaves and tea bags to extract more flavor before discarding.
Pour into tea cups, add lemon and sweeten with honey.
