Cook time: 25 minutes
Total: 30 minutes
Makes: 12 sliders
12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
3/4 pound sliced deli ham
3/4 pound sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper coated with cooking spray.
Keep rolls connected and with a serrated knife, slice the buns in half, separating the tops from the bottoms. Place the bottom half into the baking pan.
Layer the ham and cheese over the bottom half of the buns. Place the top half of the buns on top.
Mix mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, and butter in a small bowl.
Using a pastry brush, evenly spread the mixture over the top of the rolls. Once the rolls are completely coated, pour any remaining mixture evenly over the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
Slice sliders apart and serve.
