Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Blend blueberries, banana, yogurt, and milk in a blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until just combined.
