Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup protein powder
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions:
In a blender, add milk, yogurt, and spinach. Blend until smooth. Add frozen strawberries, blueberries, protein powder, and chia seeds. Blend until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
