1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sweetener (cane sugar, honey, stevia, agave, maple syrup, monk fruit syrup)
Mix all ingredients in a pint jar. Seal and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
May be enjoyed cold or heated. Heat for 1 minute in the microwave.
