OVEN ROASTED ASPARAGUS

Name: Oven Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:

1 pound asparagus spears
2 tablespoons garlic-infused olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Heat oven to 425°F.

Remove the woody base from the asparagus by snapping the end off.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place spears in a single layer on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese.
