NATIONAL TURKEY LOVERS’ DAY
National Turkey Lovers’ Day is observed annually on the third Sunday in June. This is a day to enjoy turkey in one of its many forms.
With turkey being enjoyed more often in the spring and summer than ever before, it is the established year-round meat because of its versatility. Ground turkey, turkey tenderloin, turkey sausage and turkey bacon are some of the more popular ways to enjoy this delicious meat.
