Beginning at 11:00 a.m., join hundreds of classic and modern cars kick off the weekend event with an Official Destination Proclamation at Wally’s in Pontiac. Immediately after the Proclamation ceremony, we will be traveling along Route 66 and experiencing the hidden treasures along the way.

Here we go! Join National Day Calendar to celebrate National Road Trip Day on May 26 in Pontiac, IL! Come along as we take a road trip along Route 66 and explore the town’s unique attractions. Visit the Route 66 Museum to learn about the history of the Mother Road or check out the Pontiac-Oakland Automobile Museum to see vintage cars up close.
