Maple Sap to Maple Syrup

Thanks for celebrating National Maple Syrup Day with us!

On average, you need to boil down 40 gallons of maple sap to make 1 gallon of maple syrup.  That means to make 1 quart of maple syrup, you need 10 gallons of maple sap!
