Mango Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey (or another sweetener)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1 tablespoon granola
5-6 slivered almonds
1/2 tablespoon pepitas
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a pint jar. Seal and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, top the oatmeal with almonds, granola, and pepitas.
May be enjoyed cold or heated. Heat for 1 minute in the microwave.
