MANAGING SUBSCRIPTIONS
Do you receive National Day Calender’s evening posts in the middle of the day? Maybe you receive the as a summary at the end of the week. Did you know there is a way to manage your subscription to our blog? It’s easy to do. Make sure you receive your daily dose of Celebrate Every Day by managing your subscription to us.
At the bottom of one of your emails from National Day Calendar is an area with a link that says “Manage Subscriptions.” Click on Manage Subscriptions.
It will take you to a screen that lists all the WordPress blogs you follow, including National Day Calendar. There will be a dropdown box next to each one. There you can select the frequency you would like to receive our posts.
Your Options
Immediate
With this option, you will receive our posts as we publish them. We have several different kinds of posts. Every day at 8 PM CST we issue an Evening Post that summarizes the observances and celebrations for the next day. This post helps you Celebrate Every Day! We also include International Days for an extra day ahead of that since our international friends are almost a day ahead of us.
If you don’t want to miss out on anything, this option is for you.
We also issue Media Alerts, New Day Proclamations, and occasional Anniversary reminders as new days are announced. This happens a few times a month and is an exciting time for us.
Other announcements we send out include sales and new product announcements. And we also make sure to let you know when pre-orders and the new calendars are ready!!
Daily
This option allows you to receive all the items we publish in one email. You will receive the Evening Post, Proclamations, and other Announcements from a 24-hour period in a single email in the afternoon. That means the celebrations from the Evening Post won’t arrive until the next day.
If you already have our calendar and don’t mind missing out on a few announcements here and there, this option is for you.
Weekly
Selecting this option will bundle all the posts into one email at the end of the week. You won’t receive reminders through the week, but you will be able to look back and see what happened.
If that’s the kind of thing you like to do, this option is for you.
Select the option that best fits you.
- Click the APPLY button.
- Click the SAVE CHANGES button.
- Now your emails will come to you the way YOU want them to.
