Italian Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, diced
2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
2 cups vegetable broth
2 14.5-ounce cans diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
4 cups cooked rotini pasta
fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onions, and mushrooms. Cook until onions and mushrooms are tender. Add broth, tomatoes, sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked noodles. Serve with sour cream and basil for garnish.
