Iceberg Lettuce Skewers

Iceberg Lettuce Skewers

1 Head of Ice Berg Lettuce, cut into 1×1 pieces.
12 Cherry tomatoes
1 Pack of bacon, cut in half and cooked
2 Yellow bell pepper, sliced into 1×1 squares
12 radishes, cut in half
6 skewers
Dressing for drizzling


Wash all veggies in water and drain well.

Wash skewers and lay on paper towel napkin to dry.

On medium-high heat, fry bacon until cooked but not crispy. Set aside.

TIP: You can either cut the bacon in half before or after cooking.

Cut the yellow peppers about 1×1 in size. Set aside.

Slice radishes fairly thick. Set aside.

Cut the Ice Berg lettuce into 1×1 pieces. Set aside.

Grab 1 skewer and start building:

1 Cherry tomato

1 Yellow pepper piece

1 Radish piece

A chunk of cut lettuce

1 piece of bacon folded in half

A chunk of cut lettuce

1 Radish piece

1 Yellow pepper piece

1 Cherry tomato

Repeat until all skewers are gone.

Drizzle with dressing of your choice.

Mix up by adding mushrooms, cucumbers or onions.
