Grilled Ginger Garlic Chicken
Prep: 10 minutes
Marinate: 1 hour
Grill: 35 minutes
Total: 1 hour 45 minutes
Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

1 (3 to 4 pound) chicken, cut into 8 parts (2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs, 2 wings), excluding the back, skin on
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons grated ginger
3 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons sriracha
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

In a sealable container or plastic bag, mix soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, sriracha, and brown sugar.

Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade.

Place chicken in the container and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.

Heat grill to 375F and season grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill chicken skin side down 2-3 minutes. Flip pieces and baste with reserved marinade. Grill for 25-35 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.

Remove and let the chicken rest before serving. Serve with Apple Salad and Sweet Potato Fries.
