Name: Grilled Cauliflower with Ranch Seasoning

1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup olive oil
1 package of ranch seasoning mix
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl mix olive oil and ranch seasoning.
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower. With a sharp knife, cut florets into approximately 2-inch pieces.
Place florets in a foil-lined grill basket. Drizzle the oil mixture over the florets and toss to thoroughly coat.
Grill over medium heat for 20 minutes, flipping florets halfway through cooking time.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
