CLASSROOM – Camping
National Camping Month inspires this week’s classroom activities. And it also fits right in with last week’s safety theme. So grab your first aid kit and get ready for some fun camping experiences with your students.
HOW TO OBSERVE
Check out this week’s projects and share them with your students and their families. If you have ideas or comments you would like us to hear, share any of them by clicking on the contact us link.
Of course, as always, sharing on social media isn’t required; learning is. But if you do, please use #NDCClassroom to share on social media.
THIS WEEK’S PROJECTS
We’re heading to the campground for some fresh air and relaxation. While we’re there, we’re going to spend time observing nature and spending time with our friends and family. We’ve created an activity that will encourage us to do those things while also keeping the campground clean and safe for the next campers.
We also found some at home or in classroom activities you might enjoy if you’re not able to get out in the Great Outdoors.
- Download and print the Camping Bingo Game and take it with you on your next trip!
