Bullying Prevention Month started as a one week event founded in 2006 by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center. In 2010 the event was expanded to the entire month of October. Bullying is an ongoing problem plaguing children, adolescents, and even adults. This month was created to draw attention to the devastating effects of bullying. Educate your children on the harmful effects of bullying and remember to be kind to everyone.
